friday: ate chips and drank beer for dinner
saturday: ate more chips for breakfast with a coca cola icee, half a cheesesteak for lunch, ravioli and pizza at the game for dinner
sunday: ate the best belgium waffle (from bonte!) for breakfast, the other half of the cheesesteak for lunch, pork fried rice for dinner.
no workout whatsoever all weekend.
felt deeeeesgusting!
today: 1 mile on treadmill, chest flies (incline and flat), chest press, dumbell raises for tris, tricep pulldowns, lifts (also for tris), 50 situps on inclined plank, 100 crunches, ended with 1 more mile on treadmill.
i asked the gym instructor if i could have a water bottle, and he told me i had to do 20 pushups first. after some heavy negotiating (i.e. whining) i only had to do 10 in under 30 seconds. i did the 10 in 12 seconds! woooo! and i got my water bottle.
